we don't have as much thievery now as we once did. but at one office, the manager actually issued the edicit if anyone was caught with someone else's lunch (or drink that can be proven) then they were terminated immediately.

That kept happening with my ice at work, even though it was in a bag, tied shut. Finally I got so fed up I wrote that it was not to be used, and that I had spit in it. That stopped everyone right there :)
