So, I want to give you all an update on my status so far in the two days that I have been in charge

I've been running things for my boss while he was away and it went MUCH better than when he is there. It goes to show that age means nothing when being a manager. It's all abbout your personality. Some people can do it, others obviously can't. Glad to hear you're not one of the jerks :P

Heh, I am a pushover compared to my boss. I let the people get away with a lot but then I think I am looked at more as a substitute teacher than a boss. Oh well, it goes to show that the ethics of other people is something that I cannot control.

Oh hey I'm glad you're feeling better. I definitely think eating healthier and exercise goes a long with stress. I notice I am a lot happier and able to deal with things better when I’m going to the gym regularly.
