Chapter 1
“What do you think Kamenashi?”
“I’m not interested” Kame said tonelessly
“How can that be?”
“I don’t know” Kame answered nonchalantly
Kamenashi Kazuya and Akanishi Jin are officemates working in a top advertising company. They have struck an odd friendship when they where assigned to do a project together, the job being a success of their combined work, the management had decided that the two should be partnered from then on.
“She is sexy, pretty and can hold a straight conversation” Jin sells the girls qualities
“We don’t click together” Kame plainly explained
“That would come later”
“I’m not sure”
“Kamenashi are you blind?”
Working at close contact with each other Jin noticed that Kame doesn’t date much and to help the younger man Jin appointed himself as Kame’s dating advisor
“Think about it?” Jin urged the other man
“She’s not my type” Kame responded
“Kamenashi you’re so stubborn”
“Then stop pairing me up with some random girls you meet”
Jin stared at Kame’s bored face and resisted the urge to smack the other’s head. He had made a lot of effort for this blind date for Kame so that other one would finally be interested in improving his social life
“At least make an effort” Jin pleaded
“I am making an effort”
“Yeah what a great effort it is to respond “Yeah, okay, go ahead” Jin said sarcastically
“You’re exaggerating” Kame amusedly said to the other’s sarcasm
“No I’m not” Jin denied
“You’re making stories Akanishi” Kame accused
“Well can you remember what Minami asked you earlier?” Jin raised an eyebrow
“Hmmm, about our work?” Kame answered hesitantly
“Wrong, Minami asked you what sports you play and what did you say?”
“Baseball?”
“No you said go ahead”
“Really I said that” Kame openly laughing now
“Yes, at least pay some attention to her” Jin scolded the smaller man
“I am” Kame defended himself
“So you will accept her invitation?” Jin inquired
“To sleep with her?”
“Yes what else?” Jin said exasperated
“Told you I’m not interested”
“You need to get laid”
“Says who?”
“Me, your friend who haven’t seen you out on a real date”
“This is a date”
“A date where you initiated yourself Kamenashi”
“There would be a time for that Akanishi?”
“But before you know it, you’ll be an old man”
“I’m only twenty one, two years younger than you”
“So it’s better to start young Kamenashi”
“I’m happy being single right now” Kame justified
“I doubt that” Jin said disbelievingly “It’s lonely when you’re alone”
“Are you by any chance referring to yourself Akanshi?”
“Of course not”
“Is that why you keep on changing girlfriends?”
“I haven’t just found my ideal girl” Jin mused “But enough about me, we’re talking about you here”
Kame didn’t say anything and just stared at the other man
“Kamenashi you’re really killing me with your stubbornness” Jin said when he didn’t get a response
“What do you want me to say?”
“Say yes to Minami’s invitation”
“Akanishi I am not a playboy like you”
“I told you that I am still searching for my woman but at the meantime might as well enjoy myself”
“Yeah right but do you need to change them every day?”
“Not everyday”
“Ok every week” Kame clarified “You change them more than you change your pants”
“I do not”
“Yes you do not and your pants stink” Kame teased intentionally misunderstanding what the other have said
“It doesn’t”
“Yes it does”
To prove his point he sat beside the smaller guy and pulled the other’s head down on his lap, Jin used his hand to keep the other’s head buried on his lap
“Tell me now if it stinks”
“Akanishi, let me up” Kame mumbled
“No way Kamenashi”
Kame retaliated by biting the others leg hard
“Ahh Kamenashi” Jin howled
No one let go even though they are almost already sprawled on their seat
“Give up Kamenashi”
“Noyougiveupbaka” Kame said through his teeth
Jin used both his hands to try to removed Kame’s head away from his lap and stop biting
“Kamenashi” Jin growled
“Ah” said in response
“Stop it” Jin pleaded
Too engrossed in their battle they didn’t notice that someone is standing a couple of feet from them
“Jin” the girl’s voice said uncertainly
“Kamenashi” Jin groaned in pain
“Ahh”
“Kamenashi stop it”
“Hmm”
“Ahhh” Jin panted in pain
“Ahhh”
“JIN” again she called out in a louder voice
Both of them looked up at the same time
“What are you two doing?” she asked
“Nothing” Jin answered
“It doesn’t look like nothing”
With their current position everyone would immediately think they are doing something
“Even though we are doing something Ayumi it’s none of your business” Jin coldly replied
“Jin you are my boyfriend”
“Ayumi we broke up two weeks ago, were over”
“That’s not true”
Kame stood up and heads toward the door giving the two some privacy
“And besides I already found someone that I could truly love”
“Hah someone who you will truly love for one week” Kame thought
“Who?”
Jin stayed quiet for a moment trying to come up with someone name then he spotted Kamenashi
“It’s Kamenashi” Jin blurted out
Kame froze in the middle of the room
“He is the one I love” Jin said with conviction
“But he’s a guy” Ayumi can’t believe it
“I know he is”
“That means you’re …”
“The type of man who goes for unusual pleasure” Jin happily admitted
Kame sends dagger looks to the other guy but Jin to prove his claim pulled Kame back to face Ayumi
“I seem to like this guy a lot and I fell for his pretty face” Jin hooked an arm to Kame’s waist
“That can’t be true”
“And Kamenashi here has a big warm butt that I really love” Jin groped Kame’s ass
“What are you doing Akanishi?” Kame angrily intervened
“Now look what you have done Ayumi? You’ve made Kame jealous”
Jin engulfed Kame in a hug and whispered quietly so that the girl wouldn’t hear anything
“Kamenashi just please go along the flow” he breathes
“I’m going to kill you Akanishi” Kame whispered back
“I’ll be on your debt” Jin pleaded
Jin didn’t give Kame a chance to answered back and turned again to Ayumi
“And what you saw earlier in here”
“Yes?” Ayumi asked
“We were doing naughty things and Kame is having a lot of fun”
Kame’s hand flew in the other’s back to pinch the skin which made Jin arch his back in pain
“See his hand is on my butt right now” Jin squeak feeling Kame’s hand breaking the skin on his back
“I hate you Akanishi Jin” Ayumi spat and stormed out of the room
“That went well” Jin concluded
“Why did you include me, you ass”
“Well you’ll the only one I could think of at the moment”
“You could have come with a hundred names”
“I know but it’s also good to show her some proof”
“Don’t use me next time” Kame warned
“Okay” Jin said then his eyes brightened in mischief
“What?”
“Kamenashi you do have a big warm butt” Jin groped Kame again
Scandalized Kame aimed at the other’s leg for a kick which Jin easily dodges
“You kick like a girl” Jin taunted
“Say that again and I will really kick your ass”
“What did I say” Jin innocently asked “Oh the part where I said that you’re like a girl”
Kame turned around and now heads for the door
“Where are you going Kamenashi?” Jin followed the other guy
“Home”
“I didn’t really mean it but you have to admit you do look like a girl”
Lost in trying to explain himself to Kame he just saw a flash of leg coming his way, he receives the blow on his shin
“That hurts Kamenashi” Jin shouts in pain
“Good” Kame said satisfied “Now I’ll go home”
“What about Minami and your night together?”
“Do whatever you want with her, I don’t care” Kame said uncaringly
“I don’t have a car” Jin said remembering they came in Kame’s car
“Get a taxi, I’m not your driver Akanishi”
“Kamenashi …”
“Goodnight”

Kame dropped his keys at a table near the door and heads straight to the kitchen to get some beer, he feels pretty drain from all of the blind date that Jin keeps arranging for him, it’s not that it’s physically exhausting but it’s emotionally draining as someone you like or perhaps even love flirts in front of you.
“I think I’m having a headache” he rubs his forehead
Yes he do like Jin, the day he entered the company he spotted right away the other guy. Jin is someone that stands out in a crowd. As they were partnered with each other Kame thought it’s a golden opportunity to express his feelings but he got to know Jin’s playboy ways
“It’s hopeless” he heaves a deep sigh
Grabbing a cold can of beer from the fridge he went back to the living room to relax. He settled himself on his comfortable couch and enjoyed his beer. The quietness of the apartment was broken when his phone rang alerting him of an incoming message
He sighs and got up from his comfortable position to check the message and found a message from the guy he is just now thinking of
Kamenashi don’t drink, it’s late we have to be early in the office tomorrow - Akanishi
“Looks whose talking, baka” Kame muttered to himself “Partying the night away”
Kame didn’t send a reply instead tossed his phone aside ignoring the message, after a few minutes he receives an incoming call from Jin
“At least send a reply” Jin blasted him before he could say a greeting
“Baka” Kame said simply
“You’re so sweet Kamenashi”
“Why did you call?”
“Don’t drink more than one can of beer”
“And why not?”
“Because you’re not used to it”
“I always drink one beer before I go sleep”
“You might be tempted to get another one”
“Are you drunk?”
“Jus a little”
“Hai okaasan, I promise not to get tempted to get another one”
“If you’re always this docile I could find you a girlfriend right away”
“I’ll sleep now so I’ll hang up Akanishi” Kame said irritated
“It’s lonely to sleep alone Kamenashi”
“Who said I’m alone?”
“The drunk person beside me” Jin jokes
“I’ll be sleeping with five women tonight”
“Slut” Jin laughs
“You should be telling yourself that Akanishi”
“You’re already insulting me so I’ll hang up now”
“Good”
“Kamenashi”
“What Akanishi” Kame said annoyed
“Good night and sweet dreams”
“Baka” Kame hanged up with a smile grazing his lips
In the other side of the town, an answering smile could be found on the face of that said baka person, Jin stared amusedly at his phone then pocketed it and wet back inside the club.

Kame was bend on his table checking the details of their proposal for a client when a cup was placed at the back of his head, he doesn’t have to check who is annoying him this morning
“I’m busy” Kame said coldly
“What time did you arrived”
“Not late like you”
“You are not a morning person”
“You won’t be also if you have a cup placed on your head”
“I told you need to get laid to lighten up your attitude” not removing the cup
“What do you want Akanishi?” Kame exasperatedly inquired
“I just want to give you this coffee Kamenashi”
“Can’t you give it to me the normal way”
“Nope because I’m not normal” Jin handed him the cup of coffee
“Yes I believe that” Kame agreed as he accepts the offered cup “You have definitely lost some screws along the way”
“I’m being sweet to you and this is what I get?” Jin pouted
Seeing a pout on a grown up man should have been ridiculous but with Jin it’s the total opposite
“Your lips are getting longer” Kame said eyes twinkling
“This is a pout and I know it looks good on me” Jin pouted some more
“Baka, go to your desk and start working” he shooed
“Here eat this Kamenashi” Jin handed Kame a bento
“Where did you buy this?”
“I made those for you” Jin honestly admitted
Kame had already opened the lid to check on the content
“What’s the occasion?”
“Nothing, I’ve just feel like bringing you breakfast”
Kame sniffs the food
“What are you doing Kamenashi?” brows furrowed
“I’m checking if I could smell the poison you have put here Akanishi”
“Ungrateful bastard” Jin smacked Kame on the head “Just eat it”
“Thank you” Kame said sincerely which earned a smile from Jin
“Hmph” Jin tried to pretend to be grumpy “Do you want another cup of coffee?”
“You keep on feeding me Akanishi”
“So that when you finally get laid again Kamenashi you will have the stamina of ten bulls”
“Baka”
Jin left while whistling bringing along with him Kame’s empty coffee cup for a refill. Kame can’t help but smile at Jin’s concern. Jin is taking him under his wing and not only being his dating advisor
“You have to stop baka or else I will fall more madly and deeply in love with you”

“Kamenashi lets go” Jin urged
“Where to?”
“To your blind date”
“Not again Akanishi” Kame exasperatingly said
“Let’s go” Jin grabbed the other’s arm
“Akanishi I don’t want to go” Kame pulled back
“I am doing this for you” Jin dragged Kame along
“You’re not listening baka”
“You don’t know what’s good for you”
“AKANISHI” Kame shouts
Jin stopped walking and fell silent, he seems to be contemplating something
“Akanishi?”
“Kamenashi I don’t get it” Jin said slowly
“What?”
“Even though we are friends and were pretty close, why do we call each other by our last name?”
“What’s wrong with that AKANISHI” Kame asked emphasizing the other’s last name
“It’s just weird” Jin seriously contemplated
“Weird in what way?”
“You know because I have this feeling that if we call each other by our names something between us would change”
Kame’s breath hitches after hearing what Jin had said, he can say is it true for his side because he is avoiding the intimacy of saying Jin’s name out loud
“You’re just being stupid Akanishi”
“But …”
“Let’s go” Kame said to change the topic
“Where?”
“To the blind date you have set up for me”
“You’ll come?”
“What choice to do I have? If I say no you would whine annoyingly and use you’re stupid puppy eyes”
“It’s not manly to whine and use puppy eyes Kamenashi”
“Well that’s what you do Akanishi”
“Do not” Jin denied vehemently
“And besides are you a man?” Kame taunted
“Want to see the big proof?” Jin grinned devilishly
“Please” Kame immediately thought but said instead “Sorry not interested”
“I would give you a free show you know” Jin grinned mischievously “No need to pay for my services”
“Baka”
“My offer is valid until one year, if you want to take the offer just inform me” Jin winked at Kame
“Bakanishi” Kame laughs

Jin doesn’t like what he is seeing, it’s the first time that he sees Kamenashi talking animatedly to another girl. The moment he had introduced Kame to his blind date Reina the two haven’t stopped talking to each other. He had gathered from hearing bits of their conversation that the two are classmates in high school.
“So Kame where are you working now” Reina asked
“In an advertising firm” Kame responded
“Crap that Reina girl even have a pet name for Kamenashi” Jin thought
“Is it hard?”
“No actually it’s quite challenging and I’m enjoying the work”
“He enjoys it because I am there” Jin answered again on his own and not paying attention to his own date
“Jin pay attention to me” Sakura pleaded
“Later” Jin said distractedly “I will talk to you later”
“You’re being an ass” Sakura said irritated
Jin let the remark pass too engrossed in his own thoughts
“Why am I feeling this way?” Jin asked himself “Why do I feel angry now that for the first time Kamenashi looks interested?”
“Do you know Kame I really like before” Reina confessed
“What a brazen woman saying this like that” Jin thought again
Kame laughs and asked “Really?”
“Yes and I think until now I still like you”
“That won’t do”
Jin’s mind opposed to the thought of Kamenashi having a girlfriend and he wants the younger man’s attention focused solely on him

A / N: hehehe this is supposed to be one shot but I totally fail at writing one, it’s much more longer than I have intended…. So this going to be a short multi chaptered fic about 2-3 chapter only. I swear I was planning on going for a hiatus from writing but this idea keeps pestering me….lol, So guyz tell me if you like it or not, nee ^__^v
