WTF are you doing? When you feel the 'pop' no amount of yoga will save you!! You need to stay off of it as much as possible. Stretching it will not help.

in my defense I was fairly sure it hadn't done anything truly bad because it was the loose floppy feeling of a really bad injury.

anti-inflammatories to the rescue. i'm feeling much better.
