ok, so this is embarassing, anyone knows how I can send a private message to someone on livejournal?? Internet and technology are mean and do not like me.

Go to the person you want to PM profile page. On the right side at the top there is an option saying "send message"

Click on that and a window will open up and type in your message and hit send.
