How to make this 
into this
I made this using Adobe Photoshop CS
1. Duplicate your base, and sharpen the second layer. Then set the second layer to soft light. It should look like this:
2. Then, duplicate that layer two times. It should look like this:
3. Then, duplicate the original layer. desaturate it, and set it to hard light.
4. On top of all these layers, put a solid color (#050026). Set it to exclusion.
5. Then, I add the font using 'Humanst521'. I typed "england". Size: 10 Color: #7B1A35
6. I rasterized the font layer, and cut the bottom off using the marquee tool
7. Then, using the same color and font style, change the size to 3.7 and type: "an army of red coats" Place it under the other text.
8. Then, I picked a leaf-like brush (that I got from 100x100_brushes ) , set it to opacity 37% (Normal). And put it behind the text.
And that's it. I hope I was clear with everything, keep in mind, this is my first time. : )
