We had some heavy cream left over from baking biscuits the other day. I determined to find a use for it. So naturally, I got out my Mr. Boston drink book and found this:
Bee's Kiss
1.5 oz light rum (enter ubiquitous Cap. Morgan's Silver Spice)
1 oz heavy cream
3/4 oz honey syrup
Shake and strain into a champagne flute.It was delicious. So smooth
