Why won't you a PFC? you already have a degree... I thought that was an automatic bump.

Upon graduation from boot I will have the rank of PFC (E-2) with all rights and privelages that entails. However, until then, I'm nothing but a grimy, worthless boot and therefore unworthy of either higher rank or the EGA.
