Spent the better part of the morning looking at housing swaps. Sigh. I really wish we could go this winter. I’m desperate to get out of here at least for a little while. bears are cool
Winter sucks, but I like it too. I like hibernating. There's something so natural about retreating into myself and then in spring, shaking off the sleep and joining the world refueled. But man, what I wouldn't do for a little sunshine. But you can't have it all although I like to try. -

I turn 40 this year. 40 is just a number, but I like numbers, though I’m not sure if I like 40. I’m more partial to 5 and 13 and maybe an 8 thrown in there. I like the lower numbers, there’s more promise in them, like they could get bigger if they wanted to in an effortless way - no need to do heavy calculations or twist my brain around the ( Read more... ) -

It was a good week. In fact, it's been a good month and a half. Work is good and I'm so in love with the German vacation time! God-damn, you cannot beat 6 weeks of paid vacation!!
