First, sorry for being a lousy person regarding writing/staying in contact. This especially goes out to the Pawtowskis, as they've sent me birthday and holiday cards, and prezzies, and I'm such an utter cad for not replying or returning the much cherished geasture. Dunno what I've done to deserve friends like you guys, but can't imagine what you've ( Read more... )

panic!!, amusing story, biz!, my mind is boggled, bizarre but true stories, art!, castle stuff

Tom wants to know if you can manage to sneak a picture of a dinosaur in there? Just a small one. :>

Well, just keep in mind, this isn't being published. Just me, the DC editor and you lot will see the pics. (I don't think he'd care if I posted the images here...) But I'll find a way to sneak a dino in for Tom.

Thank you for the story. I always need a good laugh. At least it wasn't the new microwave!

I hope the internal chemicals decide to start playing nice.

Congratulations on the possibilities.

There was a distinct 'whew' after we put the fire out. Now the new one is in place... I suspect it'll be a bit before Mum gets the courage to use it. Heh.

You're welcome. I actually tried to call on your birthday, but couldn't get a connection.
A definate "Yay!" on the comic book news.
And you'll likely recall my own mutant ability to set vehicles on fire; never tried small appliances. My fireplace was also converted to gas shortly before buying the house, but the place also came with a wood stove.

Yep, I remember your jeep. Whoosh! Try for small appliances. More fun, and easier on the pocketbook as long as the fire doesn't spread...

*tries to recall what was happening on birthday, but rolls an 18.* I had a birthday?!

That is definitely the coolest thing I've heard all day, and possibly all week.

I will send petitions to the Patrons of Fortune for you!
