You were always one of my favourite magazines. Spex is apparently written by indienazis, Rolling Stone celebrates either Thin Lizzy or AC/DC in every single issue, Visions is rare to spot on shelves. You were the one to warm my less-pretentious indie heart.

Musikexpress really sucks nowadays. I had a quick look on that overrated bands list because I was curious and it didn't make much sense to me.

I used to have a subscription but at some point they started only writing bullshit about The Strokes anymore and just turning into a shitty magazine in general so I cancelled it. I always hope it gets better again but it doesn't look like it.

that list was horrible! it should've been called "50 bands we felt comfortable ripping to shreds". so many were just not very interesting (like the kaiserchiefs) or wrongly critizied (like the strokes).
visions is the only solution! but i wonder, am i the only one who dislikes the rolling stone?
