It's feeling like Autumn over here too.
Yeah, warm soup, coffee, warm jumpers, there's something nice about Autumn.

I hope you enjoy it. I went to the track with my sister for an hour and did a 4 minute plank exercise. Now, I'm relaxing and dreading going back to work tomorrow. Well, at least I had a great hooky day.

I do a 3 to 5 minute plank exercise. The one thing I can say is that I certainly feel it.

Sadly, I don't see that happening until after the show opens and then it's Thanksgiving and no rest for foodies! We're cooking for 28 this year. :P
