A Rough Few Days...

Our area was hit with an early snow storm.  We don't usually see snow until about January or February.  Well, we got about 6-8 inches of snow in two days.  My power went off for two days.  Thankfully, I had an alternative heat source and I had battery operated lights.  I was able to drive to my sister house during the day to charge my cell phone

Wow, two days? Brrr. I'm glad you had heat. That would have been awful. It's good that things are better now.

Remind me where you live? It's way worse when the power goes out in the winter.

We very rarely get any snow at all but actually I would love to see some.But I can understand how it would make you mad with losing your electric.Glad things are better now for you

Electricity is probably the most important thing in the house that we take for granted. I don’t like being cold and freezing more than anything. I think I would have checked myself into a hotel if that ever happened to me. It’s a good thing it was only for a couple days.
