I was sitting in the arbor eating lunch, and this black bird with stripes of red and yellow under its wings flew to perch right on my table. I decided to put some crumbs of bread near him, and when he approached to grab them, it seemed as though he was entirely unafraid of me. So I put some crumbs in my hand, and held it out to him, and HE ATE THEM
