I'm afraid I have not been keeping up at reading LJ. When are you guys moving to the TC? I travel that way on a regular basis to visit relatives.

I have to be creative with food. I get too bored with the same dishes and stop eating them if I make them too much. It's a creativity born of necessity?

I generally get inspired by whatever is in season, things I see on menus or by flipping through cookbooks or Vegetarian Times magazine; many of the ideas are not my own.
