What better endorsement could any man with a wandering muse and heart have than the words of Lord Byron? I am in Sintra, Portugal, this evening...a city described as "the most pleasing in Europe", according to the poet. Good to hear you are happy and enjoying the scenery of Portugal. Perhaps it is the very thing I need as well to bring me out of this mood I am in, a change in scenery or a vacation...either one.

It was almost a year ago, although I do plan on returning. Chere...I know the weight of your heart...and I know why it aches. Trust me when I say it is not worth your spit, much less your pain and anguish.
