Thanks! It's a major project though, the roof is coming off this summer, in order to add another floor, and a ton of other major renovations.

Beggars suck ass. We have this one nasty old man who hangs downtown on a park bench, looking like a dirty bum. Funy think is he's LOADED and has a new VW Touareg he paid for outright.
