Well.. first off... Strong drinks mean Alcohol which is obviously out. Hot Drinks is also mentioned in the scripture... and that was later clarified to specifically mean Tea and Coffee. No mention was made at the time of the revelation or at the time of the clarification that this had anything to do with caffeine ( ... )

I think that is only the US variantof Sunkist but I'm not totally sure. Much like Canadian Mountain Dew is caffeine free because it is a 'clear' beverage.

Yep. I know how it is with Sunkist pop. Oh man...horror story with that one.

At EFY this past summer in Idaho, we were having a huge slumber party with pizza and pop. Now, my ABSOLUTE favourite pop ever is orange pop. Because it is sooooo good! And they had some, so I drank it! A weird feeling came over me and I checked the label and it had caffeine. I was sooooooooooo mad!!! Sooooo sad too!!! I've always made sure not to drink Pepsi, or Coke, or iced tea or ANYTHING that you posted earlier in that list. Agk. I was so upset. I even, like, ran to my room and cried and cried and prayed for forgiveness. I was so sad.

ya ya, I know it was a mistake and I didn't do it on purpose, so I know the Lord forgave me, but still!!

Oh man. Never again. Nope. Never.

It's a touchy subject, which is exactly why I'm asking.

It's something that obviously *you* have to make a personal decision about.

After reading everybody's post and things I've come to a conclusion. So thank you very much.

That was a good post. lol

Fair enough. Not everybody does.

But I guess those that DO agree and understand it really enjoy it. It's amazing what it can do for you.

Have a great day!
