Just finished this and I quite like it. I suppose I'd better hide it behind a cut since it's kind of spoilerish for the end of The Host and I'm not sure if any of you slowpokes are gonna read it eventually....

Well it's similar in some ways but it's still very different. For one, the writing is better in my opinion, I think the book is stronger, if that makes sense. It's not the same intense feeling you got the first time you read Twilight, it draws you in slow but steady, and before you realise, you're completely hooked on this one too.

I would definitely recommend this.

I thought he looked vaguely familiar LOL! I haven't seen Prince Capsian yet, it only opens in Australia in June..

And thanks. I wasn't sure about the eyes, I tried a number of ways to do them, I'm never really sure how they're meant to look from the way they're described.

oh really? that sucks! i saw it saturday, it was good but i think the first was better (isn't that always how it is?). still worth seeing though! ^_^

I read the Host some weeks back ^.^ I cried so much during the first half of it LOL.

I love the shapes in this and as always you make everything look so dreamy @.@ Great job, babe.

I cried mostly during the second half of this :p Does that mean you liked it too? People seem to be disappointed with it, I think because they expect it to be like Twilight, which I don't think it is at all.

And thank you darling, I am glad you like it. I think this is the first piece I've done in a while that I am happy with XD

(btw, I've almost caught up on Who, only two episodes behind now - aren't you proud of me? Who'd have thought, other than you, that I'd get so obsessed. I bet you're loving that ha ha)

I liked it a lot actually it grabs youand I love the new little world she's made up. I adore all the 70's sci-fi feel :3

I think it's good that she just didn't write "Twilight for grown-ups" you know? It's complicated and angsty; like heroin for me O.O

I'm a bit disappointed in the last couple of eppies thouhj :/ well I mean they're good but not as GREAT as it has been.
