Haha, you are not mistaken, most of the fandom is C.C.xL when it comes to hetero pairings, but Shirlulu got its own small power so yeah. Keep on watching R2, you shall appreciate a lot of things, other than Shirlulu. {which got its own epic moments as well, so keep the watching up pal ;D}

And don't worry, I figured I wasn't mistaken XD To be fair, C.C. and Lulu have their moments and I can appreciate them well enough. Good art can make me appreciate pretty much anything, haha.

I just prefer him with Shirley ^^ I died of happy when I found a photobucket gallery dedicated to the two of them *_*

Lol, well, honestly, when it comes to Lulu, it is mostly the hareeeeem-concept going on, so yeah. C.C.xL have their own chemistry too, Kalulu is very kickass as well, and Shirlulu is the pure-kind-of-thing. /yeah, obvious multi-shipper here.

Not gunna lie, you are a little late to the party, but so was I and fandom works are always appreciated for this pairing since we get so little compared to CC/Lelouch. :)

Haha, but I'm a bit of a double standard, too. LuluC.C./SuzaLulu/LuluShir are my OTPs for Geass~ I'm a pretty big sucker for fanart, too. 8D

Haha don't worry! Gorgeous fanart has made me appreciate Lulu/C.C., too. They are good in their own way; but Lulu/Shirley is my favorite. I just didn't think anyone else liked them, since so many people seemed to hate Shirley.

Are you talking Season 1? Because FRICK YEAH 13 & 14 (Geass vs. Geass) MADE ME BAWL MORE THAN THE SEASON 1 FINALE DID. THIS MAKES ME FEEL LIKE A BAD PERSON, BECAUSE nfkealbsX; EUPHIE.

I haven't seen that far in R2 yet :(

Wow, it's nice to have another LuluShir fan join the team! We aren't a very large ship, but we have as much canon backing as any other ship (if not more), so there's no shame in liking it either!

And happy endings are overrated--a tragic ending is often a better choice. ;D

It'll be fun to hear your thoughts and opinions after you've seen R2. But what made you decide on LuluShir over LuluKare or LuluC? (And yes, there's a surprising amount of Shirley hate--but then again she did "steal" Lulu's first kiss, blush, and [only] hug, after all. XD)

Ah~ Well, I took to Shirley's character pretty quickly; her crush on Lelouch was really cute to me, especially how she called him Lulu :D (Aww.) Then C.C. treated her pretty shit-tasticly after she stole his first kiss, so I didn't really care for Lulu x C.C. at that point. >.>

The episodes with Mao are what really sealed the deal though I think. The ending of Geass vs. Geass...bawww. ;__;

As for Kallen, I like her - and I don't really have any complaints about her and Lulu actually. XD; Their scenes with him as Zero were pretty interesting and their chemistry was solid.

Lulu and C.C. have their moments too, I guess, but...eh, I just did not take to C.C. the way everyone else did. I still ship them to some extent though...or at least I kind of try to tolerate it so I don't /wrist so much when I see it all over fandom. XD Plus pretty art is pretty.

...anyway, sorry this was so long and ranty D: Didn't mean for it to happen, lol. I can't wait to finish R2.

So how about you, was there any reason you chose Shirley over the others?

I enjoyed CC and Lulu's banter in season one, and actually I leaned more toward that ship than Shirlulu mostly because I felt Shirlulu was doomed (as Shirley was a minor character Lelouch had pretty much written off by the end of the season). It wasn't until R2 that my Shirlulu side was revived. XD ( ... )

Hey, Kallen and CC both "stole" kisses from Lelouch, too. (And he didn't kiss them back.) But he did with Shirley, which to me says that he didn't mind her kissing him too much. =p

Also, was it stated somewhere that the one with Shirley was his first kiss? He could've kissed other girls before her, right? And even if it was, I don't get why people would get mad over that. It's not like any of the fans could actually kiss him themselves, lol!

And yes, Shirlulu is the most awesome and cutest pairing in Code Geass IMHO. There's so much drama and tragedy between them, but it's so beautiful. You can tell that Shirley truly loves Lelouch, and they would be so great together :D

Yep, that was me you saw. I post on there quite often :) And if you haven't joined Animesuki then, by all means, if you feel so inclined, please do. You'll be totally welcome there. And yes, Shirlulu is definitely the most awesome pairing in Code Geass.
