So, instead of wasting time at home browsing LJ, I'm wasting time at the library in 15-minute increments. No electricity at my house...yet. Cold showers every morning and no hot coffee until I get to work. Yargh.

But it could be worse. A lot worse.

And quite hard, I might add. Power was out at my house for 2-1/2 weeks. And this was only a category 3. At least I didn't lose part (or all) of my roof.
