Love your EC Verse! anyas_2_bits December 5 2016, 15:41:24 UTC
Hey,

Do you still write? Just came across your stuff a couple weeks ago. Looking for
Toil and Trouble, Those Who Help Themselves, Here At The End, and Practice to Deceive. Are these actually posted or are they just listed b/c you're planning to add them in future?

Anyways, great work! Really love the CON/ DIR crossover and the broadening of HP conflict to a wider dar vs. light plot. I think lamppost was my favorite just b/c of that! Also, way to fill in the detail on so many things that JKR skipped over. Arithmancy as the physics of magic and the incorporation of magical history with actual history- so good!!!

Thanks for sharing these stories with the world. :)

Hello!

Yes, I do still write, though I've switched away from the ECverse for a bit and am much slower about updating now. My fanfiction.net page has almost everything, including more in-progress and older works than my AO3 page. Both are linked in the master post at the top of this journal.

As for the four fics you mentioned specifically, those are in various stages of notes/outline and scattered scenes. There's nothing really fit for posting; I mostly put them in the chonology as placeholders for when I had a more finished product to offer. There's some of "Practice to Deceive" that is more complete than the rest, but I've been hesitant about posting that because it's a timestamp set after I intend to end the bulk of the series.

Thanks for leaving a comment and letting me know that people are still enjoying these stories; I really appreciate hearing from readers!

I know it's been years and probably the muses are dead but I'm still hoping that maybe, one day you'll return to finishing the Bushido/Shidachi arc for Stargate.

Even now, I still wonder if Mac, Galya, and the others would discover what Daniel's been up to for 6 years under the mountain.

Hi! It's great to hear from you, and thanks for dropping me a line.

You're right in that the Muses for Bushido and Shidachi are long gone - on vacation, we'll say. Honestly I don't know if I'm ever going to get back to that, mostly because it takes so long to post anything nowadays for me that I have "new" ideas and things to post that are actually years old because chapters are months in the making. Uchitachi is the very last thing on my priority list, and it was never more than a burgeoning concept anyway (though yes, that concept did include the possibility of a reveal to the archaeology crew). While that leaves me room to maneuver, I can't say I'm going to devote any time to it anytime soon, sorry. Wish I had better news!
