Theres a lot more I could delve into, I've just decided to highlight where my mind has taken me these past few months :)

That's interesting. I never would have thought you'd want to join the army; I wish you the best of luck!

As am I. The photography gods were quite evil, so I am very excited about it :) Oh, and I know about the whole army thing, it seems so...un-tammi like...i guess

I'm going to have to comment on the army thing. I know it sounds cool, but...
(1) They put a gun in your hands. Do you really want to kill people? Or even support an organization that kills people?
(2) Iraq. 'Nuff said.
I could argue about why people shouldn't join the army into the ground, so I'm more than happy to debate this at length, but, you know, if it's something you're really interested in, I respect that too. I just feel like there are better things you could do with your life than violence.

I was actually really wrapped up in the idea for a while, too-my hangup was that I knew I *could* do it, so therefore I *should*. I don't know if this is your rationale, but it's very dangerous and a slippery slope to other things you don't agree with.

hahah hi!!! You know what, its totally cool how you feel about it. I could probably hold my ground in the debate too, but not too many people are pleased with the idea as well. I'm in it for the change. You have to join a group, they break you down and build you back up. sure, I may not be respected everywhere I go, but some little part of what I *may* do, may help in some way. Sure, the killing is not an A+ thing...but over all, yea.
