Hey everyone! I'm trying to get into better shape, so I've taken up walking. I walk about 2-3 miles tuesday and thursday. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, I'm at my job, which entails walking and lifting for several hours at a time. I've been drinking less caffine, opting for sprite, water, milk, or orange juice instead. DDR is awesome exercise - and it's fun too! I really recommend it. It has a workout mode and everything.

you have xbox DDR... that's not real DDR, the one for PS2 is so much better...
