Where should I live this summer? What city?

I need a place where I could easily find a cheap apartment that's being subleased by some college students or something. And a town where I could find a job or internship.

Cuz apparently living with my parents in Memphis just isn't an option anymore.

to me... it seems many cities in the southeast just aren't appealing anymore. :/
