This is so very painful, particularly the letter (although the bit about the underwear drawer made me grin), but very well written. I can absolutely imagine him acting like this.

I wish we could have seen more of how he felt after he left their home. He may have cried when he left Rose but the look of utter devastation on his face at the end of JE pierced my heart more.

Aw, I know, I want to hug the poor Doctor sometimes (all the time!), and I felt that he'd be most distressed about her not knowing she was brilliant when he tried so hard to make her believe it *sniffs*
