What I use when I am in customer service is this little dirty trick:
I am overly polite when someone complains. I smile and nod (if I am face to face with them) and tell them they are correct or calmly explain why I can not do what they tell me to do and then when they leave I happily tell them to have a good day. The politeness pisses them off even more but at least I end up looking like the one that was not an asshole. Usually other customers take my side in a heartbeat. It's nasty, I know, but it works. It's this self control trick. we have to be polite anyway but it's nice to think sometimes that we can use it as a weapon.

Bitches. Pfff. Ignore them. I blush a lot when I'm outside and I know I shouldn't cause nasty people should be the ones to feel bad about themselves.

Well since you are such a nice girl I will teach you the nice girl way to think of it. You can just think that these people are really unhappy with their lifes and they use anything they can find to take it on others. You can always rise above that and just feel sorry for them..
