You must, you must RUN and rent "Fur". It is easily the most amazing movie I have seen in quite some time, it's the one you may have seen with Nicole Kidman and Robert Downey Jr, you know the one on the video store shelf that you go "I may rent that sometime...." but now you have an order and you must! I have a baking question for you! I told John I'd make him a cake for his birthday. He wants a cheesecake with caramel topping -- are these hard to make? I've never made a cheesecake before. I have some springform pans in various sizes. I can make the topping no problem, I think but cheesecake has such a reputation for being hard... Any tips/recipes/advice?

You'll love it.

In a bit I'll get my basic recipe, it's completely changeable into a million different ways. Cheesecake is so not hard, there are just a few basic principles to keep from cracking or being too dry, but if you follow the recipe you'll be just fine. Plus, even if cheesecakes crack - they still taste delicious!

I'll get that to you soon. When is his birthday?
