I have now really had it with Blacks. As of today the management have introduced a sweeping series of new policies. Most of them are fucking rediculous, now we have "weekly improvement reviews" and "daily coaching sessions" and more stupid stuff to "improve" our customer service. I've been at this gig for 8 fucking years people, I think I at least

I get salary, great benefits which just got better (Mokko and I each get 12 massages for free every year, no doctor referal required), and I have my good member service praised. Instead of sales targets, we have referal targets, though in the grand scheme of things they aren't as important as you would think. I also get points for each referal which can be turned in for stuff. The rewards aren't really that great. I've given my bank about 1.5 million in new business over the last two years (it's pretty boss that they can track the dollar figure on that) and I can turn in my points for about $200 worth of gift certificates. We get prizes too during our 'product focus' campaigns.
Wanna work for a bank? TD is just on your doorstep, and they are a lot like my bank.
