What came first, the music or the misery?

Not that this music is miserable.

It's just very, very good.

I'm doing that thing that Michelle had - with the songs and the words and the downloads and the stuff? Yknow? You know.

Except I didn't do seven - I did eight. Cos I just had to be different, didn't I? There's always one. Spoiling it for the rest of us. (It's me)

Well nevermind - the Patty ( Read more... )

ANARCHY! Fight the man! 8!

Oh JaHo. The Griff! (I managed to get a copy of "Heavenly Day" - lemme know if you want me to sendspace it to you. She's souper mellow and shiz) And The Rilo Kiley. And the Suf (5 US played The Dress Looks Nice on You over one of thir crazy traffic ads. Not just Chicago. They're starting the Sufjan REVOLUTION - you were right. That channel was made for us).

You're a legend.

Is this the new Griff album? Has it even been released yet? Out of lame moral duty to the Griff - if it hasn't been released I won't ask for some sendspacing. But if it has... SEND PLEASE! I'll buy Flaming Red or some shiz like that.

Exactly! They play SO much Sufjan that it is just far too much of a coincidence. They can pretend all they like that they haven't studied our lives and then made a channel based on what we'd like to see, but I'm not buying it.

Me neither. I think someone's been a-following us. They could have just asked y'know? Then we could have stipulated that it be called 5 US: JaHo and Hannh KIND OF rule.

It's only one song from the Griff's new album (which, I'm going to buy! How good am I?) - it's been on her myspace and on the radio methinks.
Incidentally, I saw Flaming Red for £7 yesterday. From CDwow. I love her.

Here be the song, if you do so wish to obtain it: http://www.sendspace.com/file/36sazu

I would also request that CSI Captain Planet be given a daily screening.

Oh, I may buy Flaming Red then. If even just for Tony. Gotta love that song about teenage suicide. If I coupled that with the leukaemia Sufjan song and the general feeling YOU get from Iron and Wine, I would have a lethal combination.

I think I will hold back on the single... for today. Tomorrow brings new temptation. (Christ, I could so write the fortunes in fortune cookies. Maybe it's an innate thing in semiChinese people.)
