Haha, how come? I just read on Wikipedia, that they borrowed the ö from Swedish, the ü from German, and a letter I can't type from Romanian. Where is the Dutch contrib?
I meant that Dutch people often seem to dot their handwritten capital Is (as well as mixing up caPiTaLs anD LoweRcase, among other crimes against typography), not that they had anything to do with the dotted Is in Turkish. I figure that that was probably Atatürk's idea.
Likewise. I thought you'd dropped off the face of the earth, but I suppose you've just been hiding in a corner of one of the earth's eyes or something.
