So..I’m at work. See, on Mondays my job is to sit here dealing with any problems that arise until I’m given notice that both papers are indeed finished and fit to be sent out to the printers

Well if you need internet amusement www.newgrounds.com is usually good for an hour or so in single doses. If your a fan of comics http://www.thewebcomiclist.com/ will never fail to not amuse if you find a good comic such as drowtails (never ending cute mixed in with serious story, I think the author and illustrators have a chibi fetish) I have dozens of other sites I've found over the summer months and probably best I not show you many of them or you'll never get anything done

While it is in Quebec, I'd have to say Montreal is, so far as I saw, bilingual in the majority.
No, It's just htat compared to Ottawa Montreal is..fun. It's hip, it's rocking, it's everything. Strangers gave us high fives. Montreal is an experience, it's been called the cultural centre of Canada.
