I started by making a daily list of goals to get done--a list of house chores, if you will. I kept it short, but busy enough that it wouldn't take me 10 minutes. After I finished something, I crossed it off the list. What a good feeling that was. I crossed out everything. Woo-hoo! I did the same thing for Sunday. Again, success!
