Our furnace drama

I got home from work yesterday just before 4pm. I thought it was a bit chilly in the house and looked at the thermostat. It said 60 degrees. Ummm...no. It should be at at least 65 degrees. And it said it was "on," but there was no furnace noise. Hmmmm...

I console myself that someone else is living in their (now) warm house. I am currently living in a hotel, and have been for almost five weeks, and so envy you even the cold house.

Apparently, I have not been getting your posts. (At least the majority--one or two here and there, but not the main one)

Oh my! I'm so sorry to hear about your house. I know it's been 5 weeks now, but I hope everyone involved (cleaning, insurance, etc...) gets their rear in gear and make it right so you can go home!

Don't worry about the blog entries. Sometimes I just think that no one reads them, folks spending so much more time on Facebook or Twitter (I like Twitter for it's...memo-like posts).

As for the house, there is no good news at the moment, KT, as work will not start up again until the 7th or 8th of December.

It seems so...my neighbor told me this morning it's 6 months after warranty. Double joy!
