Count me in!

I haven't been able to visit these shops yet, but I've heard about Lupicia in QV, and Larsen & Thompson in Brunswick. Not sure if they do tastings though.

I tend to feel the same - not so much of a tour person, but I do like being able to sit and relax (and drink lots of tea) in the one spot.

I really liked the Tea Room at NGV. We split an afternoon tea between two people (by adding one extra pot of tea), as there was quite a lot of food. Lots of good teas to choose from (menu is here) - I had the Iron Goddess Oolong.
