I'm the last person to say much on these matters, but maybe you guys do need a change of scenery. I've heard of that disorder thing really getting to some people after a while. As far as the other things go, I've gotta admit I too look at all of it in a fairy-tale sort-of-way. Of course, life isn't a fairy tale, so I guess we all have to work as hard as we can every day to make it seem that way.

I must admit my heart sunk while reading your words. I want to be exactly where you are right now. I'd start giving up limbs even. I do believe that your family still has all the tools it needs to survive and flourish. And I'm sure it will. Your wife loves you and you're larger than life to your son. And it all goes from there. I'm praying for you all. :)
