okay... i feel like this chapter is crap. nonetheless, i need to get back on track with this... so, yeah. here goes.
100 Super Junior Fiction Challenge:
Title: Milkshakes
Pairing: #73 eun.teuk
“Hyuk Jae, come over here,” Jung Soo called out to the younger member who also happened to be his co-DJ. “Come here and give me a good massage for my back. It’s getting worse now that the weather is turning colder.”
The younger boy happily bounced to his hyung’s side. He knows that his hyung has always been weaker than normal people and ever since the accident his back had gotten nothing but worse. He happily obliged and started massaging his hyung’s back, glad that he could be of service.
“Hyuk Jae, this is for you,” Jung Soo pulled out something from his bag to pass to the younger boy.
“Strawberry milk!” Hyuk Jae exclaimed in excitement. “You still remember!”
“Of course, we’ve been together since what, 2001? How can I not know you in and out?” Jung Soo said with a little smile.
“… Hyung... you remember the milkshake incident?”
How could he not.
It was an autumn day when they were first properly introduced to one another by Junsu. The trio had decided to go out to the amusement park to play that day seeing that they didn’t have to go for practice that day.
Hyuk Jae’s love for strawberry milk had started since then.
Hot and tired from playing, they decided to get drinks. And being the stingy pair, they both decided that they were going to get themselves free drinks, courtesy of their Jung Soo hyung.
And they got it, except that it wasn’t to their liking.
Jung Soo got Junsu and Hyuk Jae strawberry juice and warm milk respectively, which of course wasn’t their choice of drinks. Junsu had it better though, it was ice cold strawberry juice that he got. At the very least, it was better than Hyuk Jae’s warm milk.
Junsu ended up laughing at Hyuk Jae.
Hyuk Jae ended up getting angry at both Jung Soo and Junsu.
But that was until Jung Soo decided to take a sip from each of their bottles.
And that was also how strawberry milkshake was concocted.
And that was also how Hyuk Jae got about to loving strawberry milk.
“How can I forget it? That milkshake cost me a bomb, and yet you two weren’t happy with it. I shouldn’t have bothered.”
“But you love us so much hyung, that you’ll always be nice to Junsu and I,” Hyuk Jae said happily while he sipped on his strawberry milk.
“Then let me have a sip.”
“NO! I don’t share this with anyone.”
“But you always share it with Donghae…”
“… I’ll get you green tea milkshake later; just don’t touch my strawberry milk.”
