i really liked this too haha :) i realised ming is a really good character to write about. ^^ or well, maybe just cause all the ming topics are really nice to write about~
oh and this is about the other time when ming was kinda depressed and when he just gave away his cats. seemed to me like he was blaming himself and his depression seemed quite bad (who am i to say this, mine is just as bad :/). anws you get the point. i just thought he needed a little cheering up, so yeah, this. and and and.... jongwoon's a really good character to write about too. i realised, the more you know about this guy, the more you'll find out that his personality is really nice and sweet.
100 Super Junior Fiction Challenge:
Title: Sunrise
Pairing: #67 ye.min (okay, i so do not like their cp name)
Sungmin woke up with a jolt - another dream of Hyaku and Sen.
With beads of perspiration trickling down his forehead, Sungmin decided not to go back to sleep. It would be impossible for him to go to sleep in this state anyway. He looked around the plane cabin; most of the other members were asleep, or at least, they seemed to be asleep.
Surprisingly, Sungmin thought to himself with a little smile, surprisingly they are all asleep with their little silly refreshing game going on.
He stretched himself as he stood up and walked towards the lavatory at the back of their portion of the plane cabin. A little splash of cold water always does him some good at times like this. Quietly, he made his way to the back, only to find Jong Woon hyung sitting silently at his seat having fruits for snack.
“Jong Woon hyung,” Sungmin whispered, trying not to wake anyone else up in the cabin. “So early?” Jong Woon turned to look at Sungmin and gave him a little nod as he smiled.
“Want some fruits?” He offered to the younger boy. Sungmin took a look at it before nodding away happily. He squatted beside Jong Woon’s seat and took one and placed it in his mouth slowly.
“Sungmin-ah,” Jong Woon started again softly after a while of silence, “are you feeling very tired lately?”
Sungmin looked at Jong Woon, visibly surprised by such a question
“You know,” Jong Woon whispered again, “we are always here for you. The members are always here for you. Whatever may happen to you, to us, to the group, we’ll still stick together.”
Sungmin nodded quietly, finally aware of what Jong Woon was talking about.
“Sen and Hyaku leaving… even if you never said it out loud, we know it was for the members. And we're thankful too, so don’t feel bad, you’ve done a lot for us, for me, for the people who love you and the people you love…”
A single tear started trickling down Sungmin’s face, but still, he remained silent except for the biting off of a small piece of melon that was in his hand.
Looking at the expressionless Sungmin, Jong Woon continued cautiously, “there are always times when we feel tired, when we wonder if our actions, our decisions are right or wrong. These are times when we doubt ourselves, but Sungmin-ah,” Jong Woon said with a more serious tone as he went to take one of Sungmin’s hands in his, “Sungmin-ah, when you’re tired, hyung will always be here for you. When you need a friend, hyung will also be here for you. So take care, my friend, and don’t keep everything to yourself all the time.”
Sungmin nodded silently. And for the next few minutes, they remained like this silently before Sungmin finally whispered softly as he pointed to the window outside, “hyung, the sun is rising.”
Jong Woon looked out of the window and true enough, in the very, very far east, the sun was slowly rising.
“Yeah, the sun’s rising. It’s a brand new day and a brand new start for our Sungmin.”
Sungmin didn’t reply; he just gave a little smile.
