Day 42 Preston (Sunday 29 April)
It rained a bit, then it rained a lot, and the winds blew as forecast, but I didn't need to care.
fluffyllama's home turns out to be a great place to be comfortable, and also to write overdue fanfic: three of us in a warm room, alternately talking and each doing his/her own thing. Starting about 10 pm and finishing about 3 am today, I managed to get the last 4,000 odd words done on my hp_beholder fic. Thanks goodness, and thank fluffyllama for the hospitable environment. (And also for the beta reading she's currently doing for me, brave soul.) She makes wonderful bread, and excellent dinners.
Yes, I'm happy as a pig in clover. And so relieved both fics are done.
