(no subject)
Past week involved baking and lots of cooking. Last weekend my folks brought up like 5 lbs of zucchini and the equivalent of 3 basil plants. So to try to finish everything I made everything from stir-fry to muffins to mock crab cakes to stuffed zucchini. And lots of Italian-esque food.

Basil and Zucchini muffins. These were a bust only because I'm not a savory muffin kind of person.
Sunday was the last day of the "High Style: 100 years of American fashion" exhibition at the Brooklyn museum.
Peter and I were surprised by this. We thought that pet fashion was a new trend. Apparently not. This jacket belonged to Fifi.
Probably can't see but the suit on the left has buttons in the shape of grand pianos.

New money fashion when visiting royal courts.

The "Tigress" evening gown.
Clearly cannot be torn away from work.
As such I'm greatly displeased.
And last but not least, the applications for the fashion show New York Anime Festival and Comic is up. I hope people will apply. That's my biggest worry right now. O_o That and if people will like the idea concept. O_o
