Irk. That sounds craptastic. I noticed last week the presence of children in the office upstairs, but didn't realize it was a permanent thing.

Every damn day. Z`'s wife just came to visit with the baby! I got to hold and cuddle her (the baby, not C~) and now I'm happy. I love babies. They always put me in a good mood.

Man, it's people like that who give our side a bad name, eh? Geez. If it keeps up, I'd certainly complain to the landlord or them or something. It doesn't matter if you're not a massage parlour, you deserve to have a quiet office.
