How black people are treated now? The survey shows that for most people black American is a suspect. They say that they have to suit the world of white people, to change themselves completly. because we see the difference and it's smth unusual to what we used to (well, it depends in which society you live), we don't know the culture, don't know what we can expect from them and it causes distrust

you bring up a good point regarding blacks in America. To say the least that things haven't changed much is not too far off.

As for violent trends, this could be one or two parts.

One part being the fear that oppression from 'whites' and the shear history that a 'black' person may hold prejudice against their fellow man.

Another may be fear of the unknown, or in other words, some black men do look intimidating and that some white women are a little scared of the larger built black men.

Further more, I believe that culture and heritage have absolutely no bearing on a persons trends towards violence. Rather, it is upbringing. Most of the violent trends are seen in areas of poor education. Poor education, meaning (a)nothing to loose, and (b)rage because of it. Therefore, some people steal to eat etc...
