How to post pictures!
Since rather a lot of people have asked me or other members about it and/or seem to have difficulties with this, here is a little tutorial about how to post pictures on Livejournal!
-add images to an entry :
You can add an image to any new thread by using the "Insert Image button" (it is yellow and there is a little mountain on it, lol) on the post an entry page, and then copy/pasting the link for it in the small window that will appear. If you want, you can also do it directly in HTML mode, click on the HTML tab at the top of the page and c/p the HTML link of the pictures, but I wouldn't recommend it for beginners ^^
- add images to a comment :
* with Photobucket (or Tinypics) : if you have a Photobucket account, the link to copy/paste in your comment is the third of the ones they give you, "HTML link." Just copy/paste it, and it's done!
* with HTML directly : you will have to use the following code :
Copy paste this link and replace http://www.example.com/image.jpg with the address of the image, and title or description with a title, if you'd like to give one to the pic.
