My dolls are taking over our office! YIKES! and I still have empty shelves on top....
*wicked grin*
Every now and then, I like to take an over all view of my growing family.
Crazy doll lady that I am! LOL!
It is hard to believe that I just started collecting three years ago.

I love this! You have stables and a tent (or more of a pavilion) a grand piano (that is one of my aims) and best of all, large shelves for them to hang out in. I would really like my dolls on shelves, but it will take careful planning because the cat-beast is into everything, really likes the dolls and is clumsy. When I move into a house of my own, I think I'm going to get shelving like this though. (If I move into one particular house I'm in love with, there will be this little spare room that's really too small for actual 1/1 human occupation...)

Thanks! ~_~ It has been so much fun hunting for just the right item to add to my collection. You'd be amazed at what you can find at garage sales, hallmark stores, and antique shops...
It has taken me three years to come to this, and years ahead to search.... My husband and family find it so easy to buy me birthday presents and Christmas gifts. LOL! I am really HOOKED!
Good luck to you! annie

Thank you!
All my dolls are the same size except little Cam. You should start with just one doll and find some furniture, and accessories for it. It is alot of fun searching for just the right item. I have found some of my stuff at garage sales, and antique stores..... During the Christmas holiday I find cool Christmas orniments that fit perfect in my doll house. I found a guitar, old fashion radio, a six pack of holiday beer and a wreath at The Hallmark store and Michaels.
I am so glad my daughter got me into this hobby. It gives me much joy.... ^_^ annie

I love it :) And I *love* seeing pictures of your collection.
A few years ago I built a dollhouse for my 12" Blythe dolls, they are 1/6 (Barbie) scale and the house is huge, I never had so much fun collecting furniture and props. Especially in the US! So I know exactly what you mean :)
The house is now sort of abandoned, but I still love it, and I can use a lot of props for Sparrow.
Of course she has her own laboratory/magical workshop diorama now, but if I had more room... I'd LOVE to build her a tree house!!!

Hey zozo,
OMG, a tree house! What a great idea..... I love it! Oh sh_t!

Thanks for putting one more idea in my head.... LOL! LOL!
I'm CRAZY, and so are you for putting these thoughts into my head! Sooooooooo, *deep breath* I think I might build a tree house for my kids...Sparrow must spread her wings and fly to Tucson for a visit after the tree house is finished!
Ted's looking at me funny. humm?!? "no more dolls, no more dogs" Poor Ted..........
Thanks zozo HUGS annie ^_^

Haha! You're very welcome! :D But please post work-in-progress photos!
I've already been looking at my indoor plants funny.. most of them are old and big, and would be *really nice* to carry a tree house, LOL! It's the only kind of house I can imagine for my little Winged Critter. But it has to wait for another while.. so I would really enjoy seeing you building yours, and live vicariously through it :)
And what do you mean, "crazy"??!! Hehe.. as long as you are having fun, no? *evil grin*

I'm always so surprised to see how much detail and props you have for your kids because it adds so much to your photos. I love seeing all their little rooms there!
