5am on the bathroom floor from the night before, do you find me dreadful?

Because all of her friends are hiatus'd and I've not played this at all nearly enough, more journal threading post- attack and St. Mungo's.

When: Late Afternoon/Evening, Saturday, Oct. 7th ((after Mac's been chased off))
Where: Lenore's flat
Who: Lenore and Callum

Lenore appreciated Mac staying, taking her home and not just dropping her off at the flat to be by herself but keeping an eye on her. Sticking around. She didn't want to be alone. Lenore wasn't up for being entertaining though and the fact that he didn't expect it didn't make her feel less conscious of how unlike herself she felt right now. The why was obvious. Had it been a day already? Yes, a day and a half- nearly two for all practical purposes. Lenore still felt shaky. She hated being vulnerable; feeling it. She worked so hard to act as though she didn't care on any given day. Having that confidence forcefully stripped away left her...lost. To be painfully honest she was scared and there was no bravado left to hide it behind, which scared her more.

Lenore wasn't sure what it was she wanted or needed, all she knew was that she didn't feel right at all.

When Callum showed up and Mac left, Lenore breathed a bit easier. Any yelling she ignored. The boys could work it out on their own she just wanted to have someone still here when they figured it out. She was glad it was Callum. It wasn't entirely fair because she did appreciate the Auror but...Callum she could always be herself around; no questions and no doubts. She didn't know why that was but it had been that way for years.

With Mac out the door, stood and tried to be Lenore tried to be a decent host, at least for a moment. "Can I get you anything?" she offered, making a half hearted move toward the kitchen. "There's probably something to drink..."
