Definitely not the C option. Even if you've offered your pictures, it's pretty much her set even if the location is in the open - specifically since she's a artistic photographer.
I'd like to add an option that is:
d) discreetly make your presence known and appropriately ask what her opinion is regarding the situation, while letting her know that you too are a serious photographer (thus *hopefully* removing any thoughts of you being otherwise).
I did not consider that as an option, as I wouldn't want to inhibit or interfere in her creative process. The bigger problem with the C option is that it may be illegal...there is a law against video-taping or photographing someone who is nude without their permission. While one might assume she is comfortable with being photographed nude, she may very well be creating images as an intimate gift for a lover. Legalities aside, the ethics of photographing the event are a bit iffy, even though she is in a "public" place.
