So my interview Friday went well. I received a response the same day with an offer. That's the good news. The less good news is that the offer is for less than Blizzard was paying me, and less than Oakley had offered when they accepted me (before I took the job at Clear Channel). During my stint at Blizzard, I was paying less rent than I am now,

I think it's fair and shows long-term commitment to ask them what the opportunities are for growth - if they have a raise schedule, bonuses, etc. It may be equal to your unemployment, but you'll never get a raise on that :)
