Dino Dash and Crash
Dino Dash:
Today, I completed my fifth 5K of the year, the Dino Dash. My time was an unimpressive, 46:48. But, I did get the chance to see old friends and meet 2 new ones, and I now have 2 new walking buddies. Here's to unforeseen accomplishments!

And I guess great minds (and hearts) think alike, because the same war is being waged inside me right now... As General Sherman said, "War is hell." And the past month has been hell for both of us, with RCFM and RiverFest being like temporary cease-fires...
