Today was my last Sunday at my Teaching Parish. Because I have grown to love those members so much, saying good bye was very hard. I almost cried at many points during the day

You guys only do teaching parish for one year? Sad! We love our site and will miss it when we're on internship. But we plan to go back and attend regularly, even though we won't be technically assigned there any more. Do they not allow you to go back?
We are encouraged not to attend regularly our Middler year because the congregation will have a new student. I don't want to step on somebody's toes. I certainly will be back to visit, though! They care so much about me - I can't help but go back!
