Poor Mom

Tuesday morning I received a horrifying phone call stating mom was in the hospital and had fallen down the stairs and broken her ankle. My friends mom that lives in her building found her laying on the ground screaming for help. The dr decided to do surgery that evening as the swelling and breaks were so bad ( Read more... )

Sorry to hear about your mom, Laney. It sounds like you have that close family type too. Well, hope your mama feels better soon. Are there any other relatives down there besides your sister to help her? Take care..........T

Nope no other relatives just my sis is down there. She has 2 friends that are helping her so that's at least good to know :) She goes to the surgeon next Monday so I will update a momma post then. Thaks for always caring!

Thanks. Yes it seems alot of ppl are getting hurt or operated on more and more lately. Yesterday at work I heard of 2 surgeries/injuries within co-workers family members as well. It's nice to know you aren't alone but then you'd rather be alone in situations as such as I don't want to see anyone hurt.
